Healthy California for All Commission Environmental Analysis: Comments by Commissioner Comsti

The Healthy California for All Commission was charged, in part, with submitting a report to the Governor and the Legislature analyzing California’s existing health care system, options for preparing for transition to a single-payer health care financing system, and options for coverage expansion. Commissioner Carmen Comsti, Regulatory Policy Specialist with the California Nurses Association, submitted these written comments on the draft report prepared by consulting team members.
