National Nurses United is holding a press conference on Wednesday, May 19 to discuss the faulty science underlying the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s dangerous new guidance that says vaccinated people no longer need to wear masks except for in health care and public transportation settings, distance from others outside their household, or get tested and self isolate when they’ve been exposed to Covid-19 if they show no symptoms.

California Nurses Association is encouraged that California health officials have announced their intention to continue observing current Covid-19 guidance, including mandatory masking, until June 15.
