Prime management has been actively discouraging nurses who want to unionize. At Saint Mary of Nazareth in Chicago, they fired nurses for handing out leaflets about the union. At Olympia Fields, Prime management has suspended numerous nurses for federally protected organizing activities.
Prime's behavior is illegal and outrageous. But their terrible actions make us want to fight even more for patient care improvements. We are even more resolved to fight for our patients. We will not back down.
