We have become aware that some members are receiving messages which falsely purport to be from CNA/NNOC/NNU and falsely claim that the union “is requesting ALL bargaining unit members, across the nation, provide contact verification. Please take this opportunity to update names, addresses and phone numbers.”

Please DO NOT RESPOND to this email solicitation.

The contact info submitted in response is neither being requested by nor received by the union. It is going to unknown persons for unknown purposes.

Please be advised that the senders of these messages are violating criminal and civil laws and harming CNA/NNOC/NNU. The union takes exceptional efforts to keep member data unquestionably confidential - this threatens that data integrity and confidentiality.

Again, please DO NOT RESPOND to this email solicitation. Any member who wants to update their contact info on file with us should do so, through the usual process by contacting your labor rep.
