Eye on Community Health Systems (CHS) is a watch website dedicated to reporting patient safety concerns on this hospital corporation. CHS has not been respectful to nurses, has routinely overcharged patients, is under investigation for Medicare billing fraud, and has been unwilling to negotiate a contract with nurses.
Regional Hospital of Jackson has agreed to pay the United States $510,000 to resolve allegations that it billed Medicare and Medicaid for unnecessary cardiac procedures over an eight-year period, according to a news release from the U.S. Department of Justice. More »
