Nurses ask Oregon to scrutinize giant Providence-St. Joseph merger

The nation’s largest nurses union is calling upon Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum to block efforts by Providence Health & Services and St. Joseph Health System to skirt public oversight into their merger.
